Bonny Utility Company (BUC)
The Bonny Utility Company (BUC), established under the 1998 MoU with Bonny Kingdom, provides uninterrupted electricity and potable water to over 15,000 households. Operating five water treatment plants with a capacity of 3,506m³/day and distributing 20MW of electricity, BUC has significantly improved living standards on Bonny Island.
Sustainable Impact
BUC's progressive tariff model ensures affordability, while its reliable services have attracted more residents and businesses, boosting local economic activity.
